Paralegal & Legal Assistant Training
There are many different ways to become a paralegal. Employers often require formal paralegal training obtained either through a traditional school accreditation, such as an associate or bachelor's degree, or through a certification program. Other employers prefer to train paralegals on the job, either by hiring college graduates with no legal experience or promoting experienced legal secretaries. Lawyers in technical areas requiring specialized knowledge may hire candidates with a background in that area. Attorney Listings Law Offices of Evans Prieston New York, NY (212) 599-2800
